3. Fly to above coordinates
4. Use Cast and get Fish sense something is amiss message no matter how long you wait/move around in the area.

This. There's 2 lockouts. First is how long you've been standing in that spot, and the 2nd completely seperate, is how long you've only been fishing at that location, which keeps track through multiple trips. Hinterlands it's pretty easy to cast once at another spot.
