I think that's the main thing I have a problem with. The fact that we can't even get a proper response. A generic "Thanks for the feedback!" doesn't quite cut it.

Portugal = europe = Chaos datacentre (europe)And there's also countries not even listed in there, as someone mentioned earlier in the thread, it seems Portugal residents can only pray for the availability of these other campaigns to be spread to other countries, possibly through the purchase of digital goods. It just really feels like we're left out considering the fact that Fanfest is in a completely different year, we didn't have our own servers to begin with and then there's this. Time to pray, I guess.
Also don't forget the internal market within the EU (no taxes) and that spain is not really much away from the potugal west coast.

This is what gets on my nerves the most is lack of responses from SE, 62 pages and not one rep has answered the complaints about this campaign just a "Thanks for the feedback!"Furthermore, when people complain on their forums, they actually respond to posts if the posts are important and they don't go deleting any thread without saying a word like a communist country censoring its citizens.
All the players here want is some kind of response such as "We're looking into this issue", "We're currently talking to people in charge to see what's wrong", etc but we got nothing so far.
feels abit like this atm.

The sad thing about this is while we're complaining here, the campaign can be considered a success from a business standpoint since people are buying the magazine for a reason (increase in sales). PRs could say "the issue is sold out in several places in the UK!" when in fact the number of prints was low in the first place. This could lead to further collabs with the company/people-in-charge.
Greetings,
Several users have reported that they discovered the FFXIV in-game item codes were missing from their issue of the magazine after purchasing from a local retailer.
If you have experienced this issue, please contact gamesmaster@futurenet.com with the subject line ‘Missing FFXIV Codes’ for further assistance.
How many codes which SE would have given to the publisher remain unregistered? So people might have some idea about how rare the remaining codes are. Since you will have no idea which stores in which towns will have any outside of the assumption that some store...somewhere...might have a copy on the shelf; maybe knowing how many codes remain unaccounted for would give some people some hope of finding one. Do you realize that this hunt for codes is costing your players additional money on top of the purchase itself of the magazine (if find one) and/or the delivery charges, whether from phone calls between stores or driving from town to town in the hope that next town might...just might have one. You really should have made sure your partnership deal offered people the 'option' of a digital only purchase rather than requiring physical copies of the magazine to avoid stock and supply issues.Greetings,

Any idea when the other countries promotions will begin? Will you be putting these items on mogstation after these promotions have ended? Does SE understand or even care why so many people are upset by this promotion? Why they feel annoyed they have to wait 3 months for what other regions got pretty much immediately? Why people are frustrated by the partnership deal SE chose in which the publisher partnered with only allowed for one publication to have the codes instead of freedom of choice among the many others it also publishes and the fact they offer no digital only option so the supply is extremely limited, plus the fact even if get a copy this time around there is no guarantee you can obtain one of more of the other two editions...these are all reasonably fair questions. To be honest this promotion feels more like a lottery at the moment.
You are part of the community team, we are the community. Can you not answer any of those questions and if not, why not? Communication is a good thing, the more the better.

I don't really get it... why did SE promote this magazine... clearly they aren't that good or even care about FFXIV to begin with...Greetings,

and please please please stop treating EU accounts as seconds citizens (third even...) , cause seriously why should we wait for "months" when players in our own servers already have their items "months" ago without even going throw this mess.
Another question here, Are more copies going to be made for the next issue? I am not sure if you're aware but this months issue sold out within 2 days and there is no signs of it coming back in stock anytime soon.Greetings,

The magazine IS being sold in the places you've mentioned, asda, tesco etc but it is almost impossible to get because there is lack of purchase, causing shops to only supply like 2 magazines. How will this be sorted? The next issue is the big one its with the glamours, its the main reason people are salty so how are you going to give the fans that pay for this game a fair and equal chance to participate in this promotion because not even the residents of the UK are able to participate ... so what chances do other places have. We need to know if more magazines are going to be made. Reading back, there was a comment from a person saying only 130 magazines were published .. this is not enough for a community this big.
We need more information from you guys, you have all had more than enough time to gather some thoughts and put pen to paper, so lets hear it? Were not asking for this promotion to be stopped...but we are asking for something other than a copy and paste "thankyou for the feedback" response.

Don't lose hope! When the community reps are quiet it might just be that they are still working through details of the other campaigns for Europe and will get back to us when they have something to share. There's still a chance to get codes for people who can't get the magazine once we find out what the other methods are.
I think at this point the players are just going to have to accept there's not going to be an official response to the sentiment that "this campaign is terrible".Greetings,

In a perfect world, we'd have Yoshi P himself come in here and go "OK, I've looked at everything that's been said and the state of the campaign and apologise it wasn't better, and we'll be giving free items to all EU accounts as an apology." ...but then again, if that happened that might cause non EU people to complain.
