Random disconnects (Error 90006)

For the past couple of weeks I've been having trouble with disconnections from the game. It happens without warning, no lag issues or anything. I'm just minding my own business (whether it's dungeons, cutscenes, crafting or whatever) and then suddenly I'm kicked from from the game with a 90006 error. There are no connection issues as my computer is still connected to the interrnet (browser working just fine) and I can reconnect within a few seconds (just long enough for the game to register that I am no longer in it). I'd guess it happens once every hour or so but I haven't been timing it.

I recently updated to Windows 10 Pro (from 7 Pro) and the problems definitely started after that but I'm not sure if it's actually the cause. I'm playing on Leviathan server. Can anyone give me any help?

this has been going on for alot of people since patch 3.3 Ill be in the middle of a conversation, dungeon, whatever, Wham bam, thank you sam, you disconnect. then you cant get back in the game for maybe 5 minutes cause it still says youre signed in. It seems to have only gotten worse since the emergency maintenance they had. Now it's gotten to the point where i DC, cant get back in, then it closes the came then says theres an issue with my launcher. wait a couple minutes and i can get back in.
ive been told "oh it must be your internet or router" This router and modem are brand new, and this computer is maybe 3 months old, with everything new out the box. with so many people having the same issue, im pretty sure its the game

Ah, yeah it sounds like it's just the game. I hadn't heard of anyone else with the same problem, though I figured maybe it was because I was in a different country. I guess I'll just grin and bear it until it gets fixed.
