Controller stops responding, then returns (win10 64bit.)

I know it has been brought up in the past... Controller still continues to stop responding sporadically through out play time. (Windows 10 - 64 bit)

It does it both on my computer and my Wife's computer...

The habit is generally this about once every hour or so...

-stops responding a few seconds
-returns to normal for a few seconds
-stops responding for a few seconds again
-returns to normal... repeat again in 30-60 min.

I have tried a different controllers (xbox-ps4-logitec controllers), I have tried running down solutions from other people etc... in past threads, yet it remains an issue.

Oddly enough it seems to happen at the exact same time on both computers...

I could deal with it, if it didn't lock my action to whatever I was doing last... so if I was running forward... and it stops responding for that few seconds, I'm stuck running forward until I regain control... so you can imagine that is quite awesome if it somehow lines up at bad timing with a fight you can fall off the edge with.

Anyway, I was wondering if there was any more information on what causes this... this is quite literally the only single game I have this problem with.

Have you checked your usb power settings? It could be the ports are going into low-power or sleep mode.

No dice, all sleep settings are off on my computer always. I'll double check however.

Edit: It is disabled already.
