I myself won't pay for an outfit I know I'll rarely use, but I see no good reason behind region locking. The stuff is already made, give everyone the option. Not like you'll lose money...

I've tried searching up youtube and reddit for a look at it in game, but I've had no luck finding it. It does appear as if it does leave a trail behind it and that we stand on it in a suitably Sun Wukong pose.

The reason behind regional items is simply cash. They know there are collectors and glamournistas out there who will pay for it. So why not lock items regionally?

If they can make $15 a pop for something they would get nothing from otherwise and they release the items slowly enough so there is not too much of an uproar from the community it is good business to do so. If I had a popular game I would do the same thing.

That being said I don't buy anything outside the occasional fantasia, I see it as a waste of money, other games I do if there is no sub. My ESO account has tons of crown store items for instance. But it makes good financial sense for SE. So why not.

Well, isn't that just the slight bit frustrating. That dance is absolutely lovely, I don't understand why they would thing we wouldn't want something like that on our client.

As for the red fenrir, we may, possibly, see this. I believe back in patch 3.2 or 3.3 a Red Fenrir mount was datamined but we've yet to see it's release.
