Why not just make wearing one or two earrings a visor option? Visor off is two earring, while visor on is one. Easy fix and everyone's happy.

How about an entirely new display option of - Wear Earrings (Left) (Right) (Both)? That way you can choose if you wear only one earring or both & on which side a solo earring is worn. Obviously, you would still only have a single slot so no mix & match for the sake of the attributes attached to the gear. Should take minimal work & require minimal server/transfer data (effectively one 'bit' - L, R, B).

Some of the earrings come in twos, like the peach blossoms (LOVE)...but sometimes one is more appropriate, especially with large statement pieces. If you don't like the single earring options, use one of the double ones

How about removing the class requirement for those golden collector earrings? Totally ruined my glamour since there are no other golden earrings like this in the game. Fix, what you broke, SE!
