    best server for NZ player

    Hey guys and gals

    Recently came back to playing. just wondering if anyone can direct me to the best server for a NZ player

    As for technical latency, the character creation screen should give you a connectivity rating for any world you connect to (hopefully "Excellent"). If you want to get more technical, you can ping the IP addresses here to see which is lowest:

    I don't offhand know whether the JP, EU, or NA data centers would be best from NZ.

    As for community, I would guess NA based on nothing more than English being primarily spoken.

    Tonberry has a very high AUS/NZ population. You should find plenty of people there to play with.
