{Looking for members!}: Server Representatives.

Hey Guys. As you know I have started a "Beginner LS / Discord Group" That has now reached across servers. If you don't know about it please click here.

As you may or may not know I reside in Balmung. So I need other helpful and understanding players to help people join us in other servers. Some of you have already reached out to me, now I'm reaching out to you. The Queues may die, but our games shall live on! ;3

I would like 1-2 representatives from each server. For this you must meet these requirements:

~Requirements~

Be understanding.
Anyone who is new to PVP may join, the sole purpose of this group to give players a chance to play without any stress. These players may join simply because they want to get the PVP gear for glamour, or the 200 win Feast Mount. All and any reasons are valid reasons to play.

Kind hearted.
These players will see you as the leader of the group. Everyone must be treated equally no matter how they come across. As long as they all show each other respect, there should be no harm done. The same way this group was put together to make their PVP experience as pleasant as possible. It is your job to make your LS feel like a home where everyone is welcome to. You have to be able to care about each and everyone one of them even if they break a rule.

Lead by example.
If your leader is a jerk so will the rest of the group. Time to put your saint cap on. No more raging on anyone anywhere for lack of skill. You will get caught and I will find out. And I will feel you are not fit to lead a group. Please do you best here.

Have the time.
If you are a super busy individual, then you may not be the best person. You don't have to take a lot of time out to recruit or check your discord messages. But no time means no chance.

Light Party Rank.
Kiss it goodbye lol. No just kidding. But please be willing to play games with new players, just so they can feel they have moral support when they do try to play. Yes you will lose but if you care about your rank to much, it will show and they will see it. This won't make them feel anymore comfortable when they do lose.

Ultimately...
Understand what you stand for and why you are choosing to help. If you cannot understand what I'm trying to do here it will show, and you wont be a representative for very long.

If you feel you do meet these requirements your final test will be a small talk with me over discord. If I feel you are right for the job then you're good to go.

Easy way:



Simple enough? Then I simply wait for the players who are interested to come to me. Hours can go by with no hits let me tell you. Then you can get 10 in the space of 30mins. A great option if you are taking a break, nap, eating or w/e. Do it in your down time.

Also I contacted a GM to see if it was ok to post a link in the PF and they said...

(Just kidding they said it was fine as long as it didn't break any rules. ^^ )

Harder way:

Though you may need to do a few shouts and/or reach out to people who you know, to get your very first members.

But anyway is fine with me, if you cannot figure out a way to recruit, feel free to copy my methods. There is no quota, no number that must be reached. But please put in effort when you can. The PF trick is good enough now and then. It's your LS and your members. However you choose to do it, is fine with me as long as they all feel welcome once in the LS.

This is fine, please post here asking for a representative for the server you are in. Then contact me on via discord. Once invited to the channel you will have access to the "General Chat" where you may come and go as you please. Further access and freedom within the discord channel will be granted, once you have indeed been approved and confirmed by your server's representative. Thank you for your cooperation & understanding.

I already kissed any good reputation goodbye the day I tried to play DRG in practice and got bound and LBed to death by a BRD. I think I made all the DRGs in my LS cry that day.
