Vath Beast Tribe Daily Quest Bug

I have turned in ALL of the quests from every single tribe and gotten the rewards. My journal has absolutely no active beast tribe quests either and I cannot even start any of the Vath Best Tribe quests at all. I could start any others I wanted just NOT the VATH.

Could, or did, today? Please try another tribe right now, just to confirm that.

We are honestly trying to help, please humor us.

I have done all of the quests for the Vanu today and all of the quests for the Sahagin as well and turned them in today completely and gotten all of the rewards. It is just for some weird reason I cannot start any quests for the Vath due to not having any allowances left for them when I should have had them reset as of 10:00 AM EST today. However one of my friends is saying the total allowances for beast tribes is 9 a day. I myself thought you have a cap for each different one and not all of them as a single pool of allowances. Can anyone confirm this?

its 12 a day. and reset is 11am est.

How many sahagin quests did you do yesterday?

is there a blue or red icon anywhere on the west la noscea map?

Yeah, its 12 allowances per day, and is shared across all tribes.
