Thread: LFM 3.2 Catch-up to endgame linkshell

Are you just coming back to game?
Or have you always been wanting to get into endgame but never really found the right group or did your schedule not allow you to commit the time and effort at fixed dates?
Maybe you have experienced raids but are just looking to relive the excitement through helping others? (Read: bonus, nostalgia)

We are looking for both new and veteran players to build a stable community with a platform to learn and/or teach mechanics, boss fights, how to build your character etc.
The main focus of this linkshell would be to get new players up to current tier of endgame in order for them to be able to join static parties or form their own.
Basically we want to be the breeding grounds of next generation raiders which will in turn profit the raiding scene and the time and investment Devs put into it.
The LS will be run to literally crowdfund groups to beat those challenging fights you'd rather not PF or DF.

Other than spontaneous grouping, or your go-to-LFM linkshell we want to organise some sort of agenda for scheduled learning parties to which you can subscribe.
There will be NO static parties ran by this LS. First come, first serve will be rule of thumb.

To make this concept work, we will need some experienced people to lead.
We are looking into using a point/praise system for incentive and giving something extra back to the people who are willing to commit to teaching first-timers.
Rewards or how we will reimburse these people for their time and effort are up for discussion. (We want to avoid gil as a currency of course.)
In fact everything about the concept is still very open for discussion as we are still looking for captains and maybe even co-ownership to help create this much needed platform.
