Prelude ~ Discoveries (the character selection/creation theme) - gain 10 orchestrion music sheets to unlock the 'The Leader of the Band I' achievement, then speak to Jonthas at Apkulla Falls in Old Gridania and tell him a story. He'll reward you with the orchestrion music sheet for Prelude ~ Discoveries. (This one is pretty easy to get - you can get it by buying all the above city themes plus the ones from Gold Saucer and the one at the Waking Sands.).
