Steps:
I had just started the HW Content, having done 'Before the Dawn' and watched the ending cutscenes.

I had went back to start the next quest. 'Coming to Ishgard'.
Went outside, up the steps.

Logged out, waited until the secret cinematic played if you waited too long at the title screen, got hyped for Heavensward.

Tried to log back in, was denied. "Error 90002" it said.

Restarted the client. Error. Reinstalled. Error. Reset Router. Error. Switched Data centers, switched back. Error. Logged onto another character. SUCCESS? . . .

Logged into another character, tried to get help from GM's. Spoke to the very nice Axafidonx, who reset my characters position, thinking it was the server hating my map location.

Tried to log back in, Error 90002.

Logged back onto alternate character, paged Axafidonx again, she told me to fill out this form and make a ticket, which I will do after this post.
