Thread: [Cerberus][MC][LFM] Static LF WAR for progression on A4S (ph.5) and 3.2 content!

Our mid-core static is currently in need of an 8th member interested in a permanent spot with us to progress through A4S+ (Phase 5 progression). The slot in our team was vacated due to real life commitments, so we're looking to hook and reel-in a replacement with interest in staying with us post-A4S into 3.2 content and on-wards. Keep reading for more about our group!

We ask that you:

* Speak and understand English comfortably.
* Use TS3 w/ mic.
* Preferably be iLv 205+ (unless using penta-meld accessories).
* Have experience through A3S (having A4S ph3+ experience would be a big plus).
* Understand the current tank meta, which includes working on increasing DPS.

And lastly,

* Be easy-going, open-minded, willing to learn and communicate with your static-mates. We're looking for someone that will be interested in learning and improving. We want a culture of improvement through open and group-wide analysis of parses and runs. We promote discussion, asking questions, brainstorming. Be engaged.


About the Group:

We are on Cerberus (EU), are English-speaking, and are a raiding Linkshell comprised of a mix of NA/EU players. The static would be considered "mid-core": we're all skilled, we simply lack the time to commit to a solid and intensive raiding schedule for a hard-core approach. Group composition has previously been WHM|SCH, BLM|DRG|NIN/MNK|BRD, PLD|WAR. The members of our static have completed BCoB/SCoB/FCoB before unlock/echo/nerfs. We're currently trying to tackle A4S prior to loot unlock and 3.2; we were unfortunately waylaid by an earlier vacancy mid-A3S (a member left for continuing education). Our current team members have been raiding together for over six months, with the older members having partied consistently since BCoB. The static has been downing A1S and A2S since the first week of Alex Savage. Each player capably multi-classes farm content, and we all have intentions of playing well into 3.x's Heavensward expansion.

* Thurs. @ 8:00PM - 11:00PM UTC [3:00PM - 6:00PM EST]
* Sun. @ 7:00PM - 11:00PM UTC [2:00PM - 6:00PM EST]
* Saturdays (same time as Sun), we try to go if everyone's available; if not, we meet Sunday.
