<--- A bit of History and Introduction --->
Following the events after the disband of Lunatic Reborn static, some of its old core members decided to reform, start anew and make a new static, and that's Zodiark's Blessing. The name is honour to the server we all love and don't want to leave, even if in other servers like Odin it's easier to find competent people and more raiding groups. But we are not moving, we will keep here, in Zodiark, trying to make it shine once more.
<--- Some info about me --->
My character name is |'''''''| |'''''''|. Some people just call me nameless, others as the roleplay character names herself, The Lalafell Goddess... And others just by my old outside-roleplay nickname, Neko. Whatever is fine, I'm just a poor guy who loves FFXIV a lot and works daily in an office.
I'm the 'loyal' type of player, when I decide that I love a game, I stick there for years, and that's what's happening with FFXIV right now, and it is for that reason that, after having suffered 4 static disbands already I'll do my own one, It's harder than just join one, but, why not? We have to go forward.
As a player, I have been playing this since January of 2014. Close to 2.1 and all that stuff... When Zodiark was created in April 2014 I quickly moved there. I'm also a roleplayer who enjoys doing various and different characters, so far I have roleplayed an energetic and happy kitty, and now roleplaying a lala master race little lady that wants to take over the world. I have knowledge of all jobs. Have them all 60 and, can freely say that I'm able to use any job to a competent raid level, however my passion are the DPS jobs and have especially geared the melee classes well this season. Lunatic is a static that achieved killing A3S and have a lot of practice in A4S, we suffered through many things, so, I have experience as healer in A1S to A3S, and experience as melee in A1S to A4S. I dislike crafting and gathering a lot, I just don't have the time for it. PvP and Raiding are my passion.
<--- Some of Important Values that we are searching for --->
Later on I'll say how many members we have confirmed right now and their spots, but, right now, these are some of the values we appreciate to have in our files. First of all, we are searching for skill, and skill is not only to know how to use your class in easy content, skill is being able to adapt to situations, to strat changes, to have a really nice learning curve. You could just not know your job fully but have an awesome learning skill if you just started this game a bit ago, and that's fine.
Second, we are searching a lot for HYPE, a high and indestructible morale, a determination that will carry your wishes to wherever you want them to be. The statics I have been on, luckily, have always disbanded because the same thing... People are not hyped anymore, they are either playing other games, or with the morale down, or just having stuff to do IRL. I don't say that's not normal or not fine, but, you have to really want to raid and beat stuff with us.
Third, overall respect, good raiding attitude, admit your errors and improve. Another of the reasons for statics disbanding is when there's not enough respect, when the players blame each others and don't admit their errors. This creates an ambience & feeling we don't want. If you are ready for raiding with us, forget your shame and pride, do your best, and if you fail, analyse why, don't search an excuse for your actions. Seconding this, remember that we are humans, we fail, and thus, you are allowed to fail too, to a decent degree, don't criticise yourself too much for it, don't let your morale go down just because it, search the trouble and fix it, because raiding is like life, we face difficulties, we have troubles, and we need to fix those troubles and win against the difficulties, things are never easy.
Four, communication. There's no possible raid success without communication in the raid. That's why downloading Discord is a must. It's far better than TS3 and more intuitive, and gives less lag than a Skype call, less troubles overall. While I admit I have my own troubles for listening and speaking in English, it's all a matter of practice. Remember that you are not forced to talk, either; the minimum requirement is to listen, especially for strategy changes on the go or just for call-outs of the battle.
Five, regardless of the job, the static is searching for a capable co-leader. Two minds think better than one. It's always good to have a second authority in the group and a strategist to whom discuss the strategy and destiny of the group. If you feel like you may be that person... What are you waiting for?
