Regarding Reports of Not Being Able to Progress Through the Anima Weapon Quest

They moved quests that you have already completed into a seperate option when talking to Ardashir because people kept getting confused about the fact that they could accept the same quest again after completing it. Please look through all options before you cry foul.

Are you sure you didn't do the previous quest on a different job and/or discarded the weapon?

I'm unable to undertake 'Soul Without Life' after completing the entire questline as WHM. I want to start it as WDM, but there isn't any option when speaking to Ardashir as RDM.

You're trying to start a HW relic quest with a job that wasn't introduced until Stormblood. RDM doesn't have a HW relic.
