We are currently experiencing technical difficulties preventing players from logging in to the Balmung World. The issue is currently under investigation, and new updates will follow as additional information becomes available.

At the time below, we experienced technical difficulties preventing players from logging in to the Balmung World.
And as a result of the recovery process for the original issue, players became unable to access and transfer to the Balmung World from around 10:05 a.m. (PDT).

We are pleased to announce that both of these issues have been resolved, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
