FFXIV Crashes on start up

Hey guys, as the title of this thread says every time I try to start Final Fantasy I get an error message as soon as I click the play button. I am able to open the launcher no problem but the actual game crashes as soon as it loads.
I just recently reformatted my PC as well, for anyone who is wondering. The error message is below. It doesn't change at all. Any and all help is appreciated guys, thanks

I haven't just reformatted my PC and have been having this issue for a while now - sometimes I can play for a bit, most often it just crashes on startup. I have done a clean re-install of my graphics drivers tonight and I am still seeing this. I was at my wits end until I happened to search for "564f6206" and this thread was the only hit I got.

Hey guys, it's been around 2 full days since I posted this and I fixed the problem by System Restoring my PC to before I installed my graphics drivers (simply uninstalling them didn't fix the problem, unfortunately, and since I had just reformated I couldn't rollback my drivers) and installed graphics drivers from 2014. So everything seems to be running fine now, I think the problem was linked to my graphics card being incompatible with the drivers or something (Not a computer guy, so don't quote me on that). Anyway. Problem solved.
