I don't mind the party requirement if they downed it to 2 people minimum (yourself and someone else - more is optional cause I don't know, socialize together in the same space while you're turning stuff in? XD).

Bump, because this needs attention until addressed.
Please be in 4.0! It's when we'll need these XP up or whatever buffs the most!
The tiniest lala.
If you want those XP buffs for 4.0 its best to get them ready today! They'll need a few days charging after all!
But yes. Remove that stupid light party requirement or make it somewhat relevant or intresting. Just spend an hour afk in our workshop two days ago while one person was handing in the stuff for the wheels...
Not a single word about this in 4.0 patch notes. I guess they completely ignored it again.
if they ignored it again... ::::::::
Because this is a SERIOUS issue, totally unfun, extremely limiting, and doing the opposite of actually contributing to good team work. Forcing people to stand around bored is not improving FC (or friends) cooperation.
What was that about the devs listening to the community and the feedback given...?
Non-native speaker of English so forgive any butchering of grammar or vocabulary you may find in my posts.
Horrible system stays horrible for yet another patch/expansion. Thanks SE.
I really think it's time for the 4-people requirement on workshops to be gone.
Another glorious bump to an important topic that needs attention. With new housing wards coming to Shirogane, now is the time to remove the light party requirement in FC workshops. Stand with me my fellow crafters!
At this point, my tiny FC is discontinuing its forays into FC Crafting. Why? Because I'm the only one doing it.
So that workshop was such a waste of gil. Sigh.
Would be super nice if they killed that requirement. But I'm suspecting it won't.
