Hello there!

My character's name is Nulele Nule. I play on the Jenova server, Aether data cluster. I play using a Windows 7 PC.

I have a house in the Lavender Beds - Ward 7, Plot 41, next to the Southwest Subdivision aetheryte. I have tried multiple times to add friends to my estate using the shared estate menu. However, when I open this menu, it is entirely blank.

After clicking anywhere in the game or waiting a few moments, two options appear in the menu: 'New Tenant' at the top, and in the second portion of the menu, the name of my most recently-added friend appears. Also in the second portion of the menu are several blank spaces which appear selectable. Clicking on 'New Tenant' does nothing. Clicking the friend's name or any of the blank spaces causes the entire game client to crash.

Replicating the bug on my personal account is easy; it always happens every time I open the menu. I am unsure if this is an issue with my specific plot (#41 in Ward 7), my character (Nulele Nule) / account, or my house type (medium-sized plot).

Just in case, here are a few extra details about my account type / client: I own the PC Collector's Edition of both A Realm Reborn and Heavensward, as well as the PS3 edition of A Realm Reborn. I have not yet tried duplicating this bug on the PS3, but it happens 100% of the time on PC. This bug has occurred since the 3.1 patch.
