It's the same as the Ixal if you guys did that tribe. The ranks come more frequently but you only get new stuff every 2 instead of 1.

If you look at the reputation increased message for the two ranks after trusted, you will observe that none of them mention "new items available at the vendor." When that is the case, the rank it says on the vendor doesn't change until you reach a rank where no new items are available.
