okay , so how do we make gil in this game ?

    Ohaio gosiamas >>

there is something thst is really really bothering in this game wich is gil , money in this game for DOW/DOM has no use except for teleport/gear repair and some quests here and there , other than this there is nothing usefull .. the only thing left is the house wich cost tromundos amount of money ! that you naver can make except from DOH/DOL wich is actually as will has no benifet at all , the only tow things those classes make good is dyes and galymour , the gear they make is weak .. they are 11 classes that has no use at all , all gears i can get them fron raids and alex and solederty .. so in short there is no point in leveling them up , they are not even fun to level up . if someone would say you can make stuff like airship parts .. then why 11 classes ? 2 or 3 max ar good .. and the pain when you need to level all of the holy 11 so u can use each one effectvly ! for peple who did level tham up .> what do you do with these classes ? even galymours and dyes can be sold via NPC . and the worset part .. those classes look exactly the same .. exept they change the names and the picuers of the ingrediants .. so .. baiscly its the same class over and over .. and you do the same thing over and over for days and months .. just to make gil ?

here is a simple suggestion that can make gil more easy , gear level up < yes gear level up .. we can level up gear and then sell them on the market .. no materia , no pain .. no 11 to level up , the endgame gear is so powerfull even if you attach tones of materia you will naver get there and its aveilable for everyone , so yes i suggest gear level up from 1 to 10 and we sell them in the market later on , this can make a lot of change in the game > out .

I make millions per week selling mats and gear. You clearly don't know what you're talking about.

Sell mats, materia, etc. You don't have to craft to make money. I sell animal skins, materia from converting spirit bonded equipment, mining materials from my retainer ventures, etc.

You also make money running dungeons and doing quests.

I make millions supplying people leveling new classes with lowbie gear. Not everyone gets lucky with dungeon drops on the first run, and if it wasn't for crafted gear, you'd have level 40s running around in level 15 gear.

You're right though, the only gil sink besides teleports and food (and gear upgrades) is houses. If you really don't want to craft or gather, you can make plenty of money farming ingredients for crafters. The leathers that dragons in Heavensward drop are all consistent best sellers. Got a level 30? Farm toads. Got a level 40? Farm sheep. Got a level 50? Farm Deepeyes for tears. 30 minutes a day should get you a stack, worth 50-100K on the market boards on most servers.

I refer to myself as a "lowly adventurer" when it comes to-in game finances. I main battle classes, and my highest crafter is WVR in the mid 40's. I've made several million gil over the course of the game, enough to buy a house and give it a few furnishings, and I float around 3 million gil, almost entirely financed with GC turn ins and tomestone mats. If you're looking for a M or L house, you'll need a more serious source of income, but adventurers have plenty of ways to make gil, especially if you get into the spirit bonding / materia market.

Making gil in game is like making money in real life, it takes time and effort. Sorry but not everyone is poor in this game. Some have lots more money than they know what to do with.

leveling the crafters are useful. the main thing that most people do is repair. you can repair your own gear beyond 100% condition. the max you can do to repair yourself is 199% which you do not waste repairing after the 1st dungeon you do after which is free to do so you save gil. which you can but the dark matter with grand company seals.

disciple of war and magic have some decent gathering. though you have to know how to utilize it. if you do the adventurer in need. that can net you 100,000-300,000 a week if you do it each day. then we have the challenge log that helps give experience to lvl and they also give gil.

for leveling up all crafts to 55+ now. i craft items and sell them. people buy them more times than not. with the new specialist recipes. we are having to rely on people to make certain items.

on the glamour and gear side you can not buy actual glamour prisms from the NPC vendors. they are not a actual glamour. just the shell that the crafter has to make into it at lvl 30.

the gear is there as a catch up or in the case of end game. the only place to craft your end game gathering and crafter gear. they do not drop of alex at all for gathering/crafter. we have to make them ourselves.
