Basically this but give players the option to sell out right instead of having to wait 45 days. I sure their are players with housing that would rather get rid of it and take a quick buy out.

They should add this. Make the refund % higher for people who voluntarily relinquish their house. Maybe 85% 90%? It does save SE the trouble of having to send emails to the account owner after all
