Not able to contact support

So was trying to contact support and were all done then it says email is not in correct format. Have no idea what this means and can't contacts support about that problem either, have wrote on the fb but are not really sure which is fastes. Hope someone can help

Do you have a + character in your email? Although that is valid, maybe they're over sensitive to it or another character such as underscore (_) or hyphen (-). If you have an additional email address with just alphanumerics characters try that see if it makes any difference?

Have only the alphabet and nummers in it
