Sidequests not available to pick up?

So I was trying to pick up the new sidequests that were listed on patch 1.19... and so far I have only been able to do:

Disorganized Crime
There Might Be Blood
Ifrit Bleeds, We Can Kill It
Risky Business
Forging the Spirit
Joining the Spirit
Waking the Spirit

The other ones:
What a Pirate Wants
Call of Booty
Cutthroat Prices
A Slippery Stone

Do not show up at all... is this normal?

What is your home nation? Three of those are home nation quests.


A Slippery Stone: Gridania Only
What a Pirate Wants: LL Only
Cutthroat Prices: Uldah Only

Once you have done one of the above quests, then the last one, Call of Booty, becomes available.

I was able to do What a Pirate Wants and Call of Booty and my home nation is Uldah. It gave me flame seals for the one that I had to go to the dungen in Iron Lake.

Never mind, my home nation is LL, but the company I joined is Uldah.

Im from gridania...gridania GC as well...

I want to do the sidequests that show off the three gc leaders...as far as I know they were available to everyone...

You need to beat the 25 Ifrit fight and be level 45 for Ifrit Bleeds.

Oh, well that solves my problem. Must've been a glitch when I saw the quest marker above Momodi earlier.

Well let me clarify this for you all.

The only way to get the 2 quests form limsa I wasnt getting was to first do a slippery stone on gridania...THAT sent me to the mrd guild ship in limsa.

AFTER that I got to do both a call of booty and the other quests that shows merlwyb in a cutscene.
