Here is my updated MaMa's Careful Synth approach with low and high requirements. I will be recommending this as my preferred approach to others because it's incredibly slick. It will require some classes to choose between reclaim and Innovation. Armorer will have to choose between ToT, Innovation and Reclaim. Also it should be noted the sequence is length and somewhat complex. There are no rapid touches. The Flawless success rates are very reasonable Likewise this rotation can be used for Heavensword 1* crafts just be aware your 5th and 6th careful synths will be turned into two hasty touches (without any SH/SHII).

The goal of the synth was to find a rotation with ultra stable progress while having a Byregot's which was under Ingenuity II and Innovation. Ingenuity II adds around 1100-1500 extra quality while Innovation adds around 800-1200 extra quality. This effectively reduces the number of inner quiet stacks required to reach 100% (and the number of hasty touches you must succeed). You can hit 100% quality with 9 Inner quite stacks with only 1660 starting quality. Likewise you will always get 10 total hasty attempts and never any less. One ToT's can safely be picked up during Flawless easily used up later as Precise/Basic touch.

Also as shown below this approach scales with your gear, both Craftsmanship and CP. I recommend HQ Baked Onion Soup for this approach since it scales directly with Craftsman and CP. After reaching a base of 788 Craftsmanship you can flip to HQ Seafood soup for the extra control. You can attempt this rotation successfully with the bare minimum melds just reaching 2 star requirements. Anyway let me know what you think.

Control 695+
CP 398 (no Innovation), CP 416 (Innovation), or CP 419 (Innovation and last Hasty gets SHII).

Comfort Zone (ALC 50), Steady Hand II (CUL 37), Careful Synthesis II (WVR 50), Hasty Touch (CUL 15), Ingenuity II (BSM 50), Waste Not II (LTW) Flawless Synthesis (GSM 37) and Makers Mark (GSM 54)
Note: Innovation is optional and Reclaim (CUL 50) is probably the better choice between the two. Ideal placement of Innovation is shown in the rotations.

Special note on high craftsmanship and early completion (for Normal Progress only):
If you have 811 or more total craftsmanship you will complete this early if you succeed 14 Flawless synths.
If you have 847 or more total craftsmanship you will complete this early if you succeed 13 Flawless synths.
If you have 878 or more total craftsmanship you will complete this early if you succeed 12 Flawless synths.
In each of these cases you should cast hasty touch in place of the 5th careful synthesis.

Special note about consuming Good/Excellent/ToT:
You do not want to use ToT during SHII or Ingenuity II. Ideally you want to pickup one ToT during Flawless and any extra outside SHII to be used up later as Precise/Basic touches. Note ToTing during flawless is ONLY useful one time and if you cast Inner Quiet at the start.

If using the Normal Progress Rotation, the best choice though is probably doing "One IV Overmeld." This has nearly the same stats as Max but costs notably less and reached the minimum CP requirements for most rotations.
If using the Extra Progress Rotation, then No IV "Overmelds" is completely acceptable.

The problem isnt so much about rapid synth its about failing those hasty touches lol.
I had something like this for the quality section but 7 of my hasty touches failed lol.

Below is my older Rapid rotation. NOTE it is listed here for archive purposes. While my Rapid rotation is still valid and can be used if you want something easy to execution the MaMa Careful Synth rotation in the post above is roughly 15-25% more efficient. Anyway, the rapid rotation listed here builds strong quality, has 10 hasty opportunities, and requires ZERO ToTs (I have enough CP to use precise touch TWICE in this rotation). This requires very few dynamic choices and is dead simple to execute. The highest risk is failing rapid synth three times (out of the four attempt you have to properly complete your two required rapids). The odds of this occurring are very low. Outside of this you need 1378 base quality to reach 100% (if you get 11 stacks) and 2516 base quality to reach 100% (if you get 10 stacks). Let me know if you have questions.

Special note about consuming Good/Excellent/ToT:
You do not want to use ToT during SHII or Ingenuity II. You may consume 1-2 Good/Excellent with precise touch depending on your CP. If you get a ToT outside SHII during you first Comfort Zone you will also recover 8 CP from your last tic of Comfort Zone (which is otherwise clipped). This gives you and additional 28 CP in your rotation. This makes the optimal CP with food 463, so if you get a ToT during your first CZ you will then be able to substitute four precise/basic touches for hasty touches!

Thanks Katlyna. It has a lot of similarities with the old 4 star rotation. If you get a lot of goods, you can get more than just 10 hasty touches.

For all the people that want to reach the needed stats very cheaply, here is how:

- get the blacksmith mainhand to be able to craft 2 stars (3 weeks of red scrips)
- craft any offhand for the class that you want to reach 2 stars with afterwards

One unfortunate (but notable thing) is that the current max BIS CP is 472 (with HQ Sea food). This is one CP short of being able to consume three good/excelents with Precise touch (which would have been amazing). Instead this means you would need four Good/excellent procs in order to consume three precise touches. (and any CP over 455 with food is simply going to be not used in this rotation).

With this said it appears if you get a ToT outside SHII during you first Comfort Zone you will also recover 8 CP from your last tic of Comfort Zone (which is otherwise clipped). This gives you and additional 24 CP in your rotation. This makes the optimal CP with food 463, so if you get a ToT during your first CZ you will then be able to substitute four precise/basic touches for hasty touches! I added a note and picture showing how this would look.

Oh no you're fine mature. Now that I've found what I'm seeing as optimal for how I craft non-specialist I'm starting to consider exactly how a whistle version would look. Whistling isn't bad just different.

3 rapid Ingenuity 1 you will find gets to around 1100 without flawless MaMa , been doing this for a while MaMa setup for procs and ing/rapid x2 or 3. depending on progress you may do with another carefull II and one more will finish. By the time you mend II you may have 7 stacks for precise touches via mama etc, and near full progress. I only refresh CZ once.
