Please add more Challenge Log challenges

I felt was something that would be constantly updated when content is released but it seems to have fallen off for some reason. The challenge log is a pretty significant incentive to do each week. Considering this is a weekly log it would make sense to extend out the objectives a bit further and give more variety of content in the long run. Here are a few things that could be added:

Dungeons
- Complete 3 Heavensward dungeons
- Complete 3 Expert dungeons
- Complete 3 High level dungeons
- Feeling Lucky II - Complete 7 dungeons via Duty Roulette

Rewards: XP & Esoterics where appropriate

Raids & Trials
- Complete 3 Raids or Trials
- Complete 7 Raids or Trials
- Complete 3 Heavenswards trials or Alexander floors

Rewards: XP where appropriate, Additional Universal Raid token/week?

Fates
- Fated to Wander II - Receive the highest possible rating in Fates for 3 different Heavensward areas
- Embrace your Fate II - Successfully complete 20 Fates.
- Embrace your Fate II - Successfully complete 10 Heavensward Fates.

Rewards: XP

Levequests
- Complete 20 Level 50+ Levequests

Rewards: XP

Disciples of the Hand
- Complete 10 Crafting Levequests
- Complete 20 Crafting Levequests
- Crafting up a storm II - Craft 70 items
- Crafting up a storm III - Craft 120 items
- Crafting up a Store(HQ) II - Craft 50 High-quality items

Rewards: XP & Red Scrips/Blue Scrips

Disciples of the Land
- The gathering Storm II - Successfully gather items of comparable level to your own 300 times
- The gathering Storm(HQ) II - Successfully gather high-quality items of comparable level to your own 100 times.
- Hooked on the Reeling II - Catch 100 Fish
- Hooked on the Reeling III - Catch 300 Fish
- Hooked on the Reeling(HQ) II - Catch 30 High-quality fish
- Hooked on the Reeling(HQ) III - Catch 60 High-quality Fish
- Catch 3 Big Fish
- Catch 6 Big Fish

Rewards: XP & Red Scrips/Blue Scrips

Companions
- Bosom Buddies III - Defeat 300 enemies of comparable level to your own with your companion
- Companion Damage Dealt 50k
- Companion Damage Dealt 100k

Rewards: Companion NPC & Chocobo Feathers to trade for Chocobo Food?

Player Commendation
- Vote 10 times in player commendation
- Receive 5 commendations

Rewards: XP

Hunts
- Clear 20 One Star Hunt Bills
- Clear 20 Two Star Hunt bills
- Clear 10 Three Star Hunt Bills
- Defeat 10 B Rank Enemies in Heavensward areas
- Defeat 10 A Rank Enemies in Heavensward areas
- Defeat 2 S Rank Enemies in Heavensward areas

Rewards: Seals and Esoterics per completion

I agree with some of this. I'd like to see collectible crafting/gathering added as well as hunting challenges, at least.

In addition to this, I'd like to see some way to better reward me as a player if I'm maxed out on experience. It's a bit annoying to receive 80k+ exp on my 60 DRG/WHM because I'm getting no benefit out of it, and it makes me regret doing a dungeon or something on a minor level because it means I could have been in a lower level dungeon with a class/job that could actually gain experience.

What I'd like to see is an increased Gil reward from completing challenges on a 60, just to pay off for the completion of something that would otherwise not help me in some way.

I don't think this is really necessary. I mean, the challenge log is just another bonus to complete content you already have. I agree there should be some rewards in place so XP isn't wasted on max level classes, but that's the only change I would wish for. It's already incredibly easy to cap Esoterics with roulette and PVP and Alexander runs. So, what would happen is, I would cap out in a day or two and then lament the wasted Esoterics from roulette on the days thereafter.

Honestly I couldn't imagine that the development time on adding to the log would be particularly taxing so there isn't much reason not to add a few things in every so often to incentivize doing the content in game. You make a fair point about esos. My intent on these was to help along the gearing process for fresh players coming into the game. If an eso reward was added it would be a nice addition to driving some of the dungeon grinding down. God knows I can only do neverreap so many times. I wouldn't expect to see a ton of esos or just have them swap to law tomes.

I'd like a specific bonus for running 24 man content in there as well that is separate from trials and 8 man raids because Crystal tower could use all the help it can get in regards to having people running it consistently.
