    What does everyone think about those AST buffs?

    In case you feel lazy to read the 3.07 patch notes:

    Benefic Potency has been increased from 380 to 400.

    Benefic II Potency has been increased from 620 to 650.

    Helios Potency has been increased from 290 to 300.

    Aspected Benefic Potency of the regen effect from Diurnal Sect has been increased from 100 to 140.
    Amount of damage nullified by the barrier from Nocturnal Sect has been increased from 100% of HP restored to 130% of HP restored.

    Aspected Helios Cure potency when not using Nocturnal Sect has been increased from 140 to 200.
    Cure potency when using Nocturnal Sect has been increased from 140 to 150.
    Potency of the regen effect from Diurnal Sect has been reduced from 50 to 40.

    Synastry An effect has been added that increases the caster's healing potency by 20% for 20 seconds.
    The party member under the effect of Synastry will now recover HP when any other party member is targeted with a healing spell. Furthermore, the amount of HP recovered has been reduced from 50% to 40%.
    Recast time has been reduced from 120 to 90 seconds.

    Celestial Opposition Recast time has been reduced from 150 to 120 seconds.
    Disable The effect has been changed reduce the potency of all the target's offensive actions for the duration.
    Duration has been reduced from 10 to 6 seconds.

    Collective Unconscious Will now grant Regen and 10% damage reduction to party members when using either Diurnal Sect or Nocturnal Sect.
    Auto-attack will now be canceled upon execution.
    Regen potency has been reduced from 200 to 150.
    Duration of regen has been reduced from 18 to 15 seconds.

    The Balance Duration has been increased from 15 to 30 seconds, regardless of single target or area-of-effect.

    The Bole Duration has been increased from 15 to 30 seconds, regardless of single
    target or area-of-effect.

    The Arrow Duration has been increased from 15 to 30 seconds, regardless of single target or area-of-effect.


    I'd like to read the input of the more experienced healers/AST out there~

    They did pretty much what I expected them to but went a bit beyond, which is nice. They made our base healing kit have equal potency with other Healers, and finally gave us something to boost Healing output by reducing Synastry's CD and adding a 20% amp. Disable can also now do its job properly without eating auto attacks. Card duration buffs for Bole/Balance/Arrow are nice too since we get more value for our RNG. Most complaints seemed geared at the lack of Healing throughput enhancers, and we have one now. For comparison, WHM has Divine Seal on a 60s cooldown which increases healing by 30% for 15s. We now have Synastry increasing healing by 20% for 20s on a 90s cooldown, but it also lets us heal two people at once.

    My only gripe is that Celestial Opposition and Collective Unconscious still don't seem very useful/interesting.

    Can someone do the math for Nocturnal now that its shield is 130%, base potencies were increased, and Nocturnal still (I assume) has a 5% potency buff?

    I'm pretty hyped! Especially with the card lasting longer. I wish I knew my calculations for Potencies so I could compare Collective Unconscious' changes between the damage reduction thing against the regen potency nerf. Between that and the time being reduced (but who actually uses the whole duration lol) I'm curious as to whether this is a nerf or a buff to the skill. Also interested in seeing how the Noct stance buff will make it fare against Diurnal now, but I don't have enough experience as Ast to know. Interested in seeing other people's thoughts!

    Beside the cards change i'm really happy about the Synastry changes in particular. I still don't have my full kit (i'm only level 52) but man, am i happy to have decided to level AST in recent times.

    ...Though I am slightly disappointed that the Ast patch notes weren't "All skills have been replaced with Gravity".

    Very happy about the buffs.

    Some of the potency buffs were spot on!
    Some of them were potency buffs that I didnt
    even expect to happen to be quite honest.
    Nocturnal now stands a much better chance than
    what it did in the past. A slight potency increase aoe
    and super shield single target.

    synastry now is an even better cooldown for us
    to use, which suprrised me, but I won't complain!

    CU, they went in the direciton of combining the
    effects. Not my pipe dream, but its a darn good
    change for what it was, thats for sure!

    I was suprised to see CO simply get time cut off
    but again, I won't complain. Especially with card
    duration increase.

    As for card duration increase. This is actually what
    I wanted instead of lowered Draw recast... BUT they
    increased duration past what I would have suggested @_@!!!

    I woke up to get a drink in the middle of the night and saw these changes, and now I am too excited to sleep because our healing kit is ridiculous with these changes. OMG.
