I'm slightly confused by these theories. On the subject of a miqo'te being the last Allagan descendant, Doga and Unei outright stated that his ancestor was 'given' the gene? Which is more genetic manipulation than interbreeding.

Also isn't Sunken Temple of Qarn Belah'dian?

Qarn predated Belah'dia - the DF states it's "far older than this Sixth Astral Era civilization", and that Belah'dian sultans merely repurposed it and constantly added new sections to the original structure. So what is original and what is Belah'dian is a very good question.
