When they will buff AST?

I readed some days ago SE will buff AST when Alexander savage release, but i cant see any patch notes with AST changes. When they will buff AST?

The patch notes are not available yet. Give it another hour or two and they should be. They will likely include AST changes.

How can you say this? Lightspeed is now a great cooldown, there is no reason not to use it, Ewer and Spire are both useful under almost all circumstances.
RR changes dont have a huge impact, and spread/shuffle is a pure awesome buff.
CU..well lets say changes couldve been better, potency buff wasnt exactly the issue with the skill.

I disagree.
Ewer / Spire, which are basically universally agreed to be the weakest cards and to be shuffled immediately, now give the best Royal Road effect (in 8-man content)
