Current absolute highest DPS in the game?

I am curious what the highest DPS is at present, and the job associated with the highest DPS.

Some people are saying Monks are parsing above Ninja's...

So what is the truth? When played properly / smartly which DPS's elite parses higher?

*This is ignoring difficulty, mudra lag, etc. We are assuming the players are the elite here.

*PLEASE also take into account damage buffs such as Ninja's 10%damage AMP debuff.

Probably DRG or MNK but ultimately the highest dps potential of a class/job is an irrelevant concept as it is only a potential and the disparity between them is rather small respectively speaking. Varying player ability makes the makes the potential of the classes alone virtually meaningless IMO.

They made Wandering Minnow instant cast, but they nerfed the DPS of Bait, Cast, Hook and Mooch. Even the Fishers who were Master Baiters agree that Fishers are not able to keep up with Miners or Botanists this expansion.
