Sync old dungeons to newer ilvls

We can now queue for older content with undersized parties and keep our unsynced stats....but what I really want is for the older stuff to still have a way to stay challenging. Is it possible to leave an option while queuing to sync the enemies in the older content to our new item levels so they'd be fun for those of us that like it to be challenging? What i'm really wanting is a really punishing Ultima Minstrels Ballad.

You can already sync yourself to the minimum required item level for the encounter, which achieves the same result - it makes the content challenging. Just click the little gear to the right of the language selection.
