Missing recipes

I seem to be missing a bunch of crafting recipes - in particular, I have ALC at 59 but can see no recipes for level 60, and I have no recipes for level 51+ potions at all - I had to buy the turn in item for my level 58 class quest off MB. One of my FC mates can't see the recipe for the item she needs for her LTW 60 class quest and may be missing a bunch of other stuff too.

(And yes, I've tried scrolling down! I literally only have 18 recipes for ALC 51-55 and none of them are potions, that can't be right surely?)

I've submitted a bug report in-game of course, but is there anything we're missing?

How can we get master book 3?
I am lv60 weaver but i dont have the recipe to craft the thavnairian sets

Thanks for the replies. I did some scrip grinding and unlocked Master Alchemist III, and there the recipes were. It seems rather unfair though that ALC need a master book in order to complete their level 58 class quest, when they're barely even able to earn scrip reliably. I didn't need to do that on GSM.

Its really backwards in 3.0 crafting quests.
U need to have masterbook 3 / be high enough level ( usually 60) to craft the level 58 & 60 leve/ job quest turn ins.

I thought "master" book was suppose to be an extra thing for crafters who wanted to be "masters" not an item that is required.
Yes it is required if u wanna do ur 60 job quest.

It is required, but it doesn't seem unreasonably difficult. Particularly with blue scrips since there is no limit to how many we can get. I like the fact that we have things to work toward.
