    Heavensward registration code

    Hi,

    Just like everybody else, I'm here to ask for help (mostly from some official working for SE) because I can't get to play on my character anymore since this morning. I've bought the game on the square-enix-shop site and received my early acces code like two weeks ago (or even more), which I used on the mogstation to get my early acces to work. I've been able to play until today, getting up to lvl 55 on Heavensward. But this morning, the launcher asked me to register my expansion with a code I am supposed to have got in an email. The problem is, I didn't. The only code I've got is the early acces one, so I wonder how can I get my code, since I've paid to get this game....

    And yes, I already checked in all possible email inboxes, like spam etc.

    Not only am i having the exact same issue as you, but i also have no order history on the store, since i had to create a new account because they "updated" it. So, not only can i not access the game because its telling me my code is already registered, and i dont have any other code in my email, but i also cant access my order history since the store no longer has any information for me since it forced me to create a new account.

    Oh and SE has shit customer service, so i cant get in touch with anyone to see where that other code should be. Awesome.

    I guess I should find myself lucky, cuz I have order history. But unfortunately, that doesn't help me much. I find it really weird (and stupid) that there is no simple option on the SE shop site to re-send the email with the registration code. Or, actually, there is one, but only for FFXIV ARR and not for Heavensward.

    Supposedly they are aware of the issue after looking over a couple other threads, but they have been working on it for over 12 hours now with little to no progress that I can see. There are apologies and tips for trying to get around this issue depending on which system you are on, but right now you pretty much have to be lucky to get back in.

    Currently playing on the PS4 with a downloaded version of HW, and despite being told to download the add-on that is in the "related items" for it in PSN the expansion still refuses to work for me even though it has worked for others. PS3/4 users apparently were not offered a second code for the downloaded version and instead the Add-On is their equivalent.

    Yup, me and my brother both. My brother isnt in any Heavensword content yet however I cant even log in to my character because I am. WTF is this? If our pre order codes arnt good enough and the mog station isnt good enough to say we have acecss then what is?
    I have also checked my receipt i got the 18 digit code from their and i have the email for the 20 digit pre order code. Both say they are working and 100% bound with my account yet i still cant play. WTF?

    Im going to go play another game till this stuff gets fixed.. I guess square enix wanted me to play skyforge after all since its their CB4 this week.

    That sucks. Same problem here.
    Bought physical CE and it didn't arrive yet, no code sent though e-mail or wathever, character stuck in Idyllshire so I can't log in... oh well.

    Same here - what a freaking joke. Square Enix website, options, requirements, and user interfaces are freaking horrible. You have been left behind by every MMO in the space in this regard. You can make a pretty game that is a lot of fun, but when it comes down to making sure people can play and offering support- there is nothing there except your clear notice that help is only available monday through friday.

    I have a level 59 character, a charge on my credit card, but no registration code. And of course it's not available on the Mog Station - much less automatically updated. Can you get your shit together please? We're paying you so we can play the game- not spend excessive time entering numerous codes or tracking down your terrible options for service.
