UFO spotted in Sea of Clouds - The Truth is out there

So I came across this on my travels, someone suggested it could be the new Garlean ship, but it doesn't look anything like it.

Two people in my static saw it last night; I'll have to grab the screnshot later. Looks much more allagan than Garlean; we thought it may have been a precursor to the proto-ultima fate in anys lla, but nope.

I saw it on the north east, I thought it was the new Agrius of the empire.

A future dungeon, perhaps? You can see Neverreap - another dungeon - from a distance so perhaps a future patch will address this mysterious location.

It looks like a Garlean warship to me and we know there's already Garlean presence in the sea of clouds

I wonder if this has anything to do with the weird light you can see in the sky from some areas.

We know there a giant imperial battleship in the skies too.
It looks similar. Though I didn't note the imperial ship enough to confirm.
