Heavensward CE Physical Early Access code is going to expires on June 27th.

There are no code but the code is in the PHYSICAL CE box which is still haven't arrive this week. It's Thurday and Friday tomorrow is going to be the LAST chance for my mail carrier to ship it.

The package was shipped on June 15th and it is almost more than 10 days.

Right at the moment I am still able to play Heavensward with the Early Access code. What happened when that access code expires on June 27th? + No CE Box arrival.

Am I going to locked out for days until it finally arrive the box?

Any Early Access code extension?

Updates: I got my box on Friday and I was lucky. But for others, please make sure you have screenshots of the tracker and order numbers for proof. Even they can check but you need every pieces of information.

I have the same issue (I am also in Canada). The package returned to Miami after spending some days in Montreal and I have no idea why and if I'll receive it in time.

Exactly same issue as well, I'm in the Maritimes, my shipping looks identical to both yours. Sat on hold for a few hours for SE support phoneline and got cut off, same happened with their chat thing.. =\

You should've gotten the code vai e-mail. Check your junkmail, too. At least everyone I know of who ordered physical got their codes via e-mail.

I have the exact same problem. I also live in Canada. I've spoke with USPS who seemed equally confused and they said they would need Square-Enix's mailing adress to start an inquiry. I've talked with Square-Enix's customer support and they told me that the only way to deal with shipments of physical products is to go through the Manage Order button on your order in your Square-Enix Online Store account. So no way to speak directly to them. I've sent a request but who knows how long that can take.

See below for the picture of how my package moved around. I'm pretty positive there is no way that we will receive it in time for the 27th of June. Is there anything that can be done about this as this seems to be affecting a lot of preorders going to Canada and most of us won't be able to play because of an issue out of our control. Maybe an extension or a replacement code?

The only code I got with my pre order was early access the full version that lets you play later comes in the box itself.

Also from Canada and I am looking at my shipping for my parcel and I am extremely doubtful it will arrive to me before early access grace period ends.

I checked several times as well. Didn't receive any code other than the pre order one. I'm in Quebec.
