DX11 Unresponsive Input

When I am using DX11 I have an issue where my keyboard inputs are unresponsive. This is happening when moving my character, using skills, or chatting. It's not very consistent either. If I just hit the 1 key to activate an ability on my hot bar I can see it light up sometimes immediately sometimes its delayed.

I can play like before using DX9 but I'd prefer to find a solution for the DX11 problem since I was looking forward to those features.

GeForce GTX780
Intel Core i7-4790k @ 4GHz
16GB RAM
Windows 8.1

I'm having the same keyboard input lag issue with DX11, but only in fullscreen exclusive mode. The input response works fine for me in borderless windowed mode, so give that a try for now. Mouse input works fine in both modes for me.

I don't have this problem and I have a GTX760 on a i4770 and 32GB ram. But I play windowed.

Usually the first thing that comes to mind is having the settings turned up too high... but I run at maximum and get 45-60fps depending on the area, and don't experience that lag.

I've actually tried in in all three and still have the issue. The game does run a bit slower with DX11 but it shouldn't affect input especially on the keyboard. I haven't noticed any issues with the mouse. The problem isn't as bad if I force the framerate to 30fps but I'd prefer DX9 over 30fps.

I tried slowing down my GFX card and the issue shows up in DX9 too.

Hm well the problem seems to be gone for me. I updated my Logitech keyboard software this morning, so I'm guessing that fixed it.

It looks like my DX11 issue was fixed in the latest update if not otherwise by magic. I'll post here if it returns but I'm pretty happy the lag is gone.
