    After contacting them last night about this issue, this is the email i received this morning.

    "Thank you for contacting the Square Enix Online Store Support.

    We apologize for this inconvenience. We are experiencing a delay with the second codes of early access for PS3 and PS4 users. Within the following days, we should resolve the problem and you will be able to enjoy the early access to the new expansion!

    I just hope it comes in the next 6/7 days. I feel so mislead after the email I received at 5:34 yesterday morning...I feel like I got trolled by Square Enix. (it was titled 'Your Codes are Now Active', but it only contained my already redeemed PC code with instructions on how to claim both the PC and Playstation codes.)

    Greetings, everyone!

    Sorry for the delay regarding the PSN promotion codes! We know you're all very anxious to get them registered long before early access begins. We've been working closely with Sony Computer Entertainment America and it looks as though all of our testing has been completed for the PlayStation 4 codes!

    We'll be inputting them into the Pre-order website over the weekend and once the system is given the green light they'll automatically be distributed to all of you who have been waiting so patiently for them! Current ETA for distributing the PlayStation 4 early access codes is early morning Monday.

    PlayStation 3 codes are still undergoing testing, but are scheduled to be sent in the days that follow the PS4 early access code distribution. We're still on track to deliver those ahead of early access so hang tight a bit more!

    Once again, we truly appreciate your patience!
