cannot login in PS3

to be precise, the column for user id and password not show up
Ive try to reset router, playing from the game dvd, re-installed the game, nothing work
i ended getting a server non respond

While I've not experienced anything exactly like what you describe; For a long time the entry boxes were all several inches below where the image implied they were. Essentially if I clicked the Password field it would actually be pulling up username, Password field was where one time PW showed and One time PW was in a blank spot lol. You may want to snap a pic of the issue even if it's off screen with a camera and post it to help. You may also want to recreate this thread in the tech support area which is linked for you below. Hope they figure it out.

Also, if you're playing on a widescreen, check your PS3 settings to make sure it didn't accidentally switch to 4:3 mode or something. Conversely if you're on an older tv, then make sure it's on 4:3 and not widescreen (16:9, 16:10 ) And yes, I've had mine do that once or twice. No idea why.
