PLEASE READ THESE RULES (“Rules”) CAREFULLY. By submitting an Entry to the Contest you agree to accept and be bound by these Rules and the terms of any policies referred to in these Rules. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the Contest at any stage if deemed necessary in our opinion and/or if circumstances arise which are outside of our control.

Take a screenshot related to the theme of showing your favourite memory in Eorzea.

Entry Requirements
Contestants must possess an active Service Account and have access to a working internet connection and web browser in order to be able to enter. Contestants are responsible for all connection charges associated with the internet connection and subscription fees associated with the registration for a Service Account. Contestants must ensure that their contact information is correct at the time of registration for a Service Account, during and after submission of their Entry.

Contestants must accept our privacy policy and cookies policy located here. Contestants must have a permanent residence in a PAL Territory Country. Contestants under the age of 18 must obtain the permission of a legal guardian before submitting entries. The Contest is not open to employees, directors or other officers of Square Enix Europe or its respective affiliates, agents, media partners and suppliers.

How to Enter

1. Take a screenshot related to the theme of "Your Favorite Memory of Eorzea" and post it in the dedicated contest participation thread here.
2. In your Entry, include your character name, World name, and a brief comment. If no character name or World name is submitted, the prize will be awarded to the character on the entrant's forum handle.
3. Include the in-game item prize that you would like to receive from the list below. If no item is selected, one will be chosen for you.

Only one entry per person. If multiple entries are posted, only the first one submitted will be accepted. Entries cannot be edited after submission.

Accepted Entry Format

• The screenshot must be taken by the person submitting the entry.
• You may use image editing software to crop your screenshot.
• You may not use image editing software to alter, enhance, or add more features to your screenshot.

Prize
We will be awarding thirty-three (33) winners from each forum language (English/French/German) totalling ninety-nine (99) winners with the below FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn virtual prizes* (the “Prize”):

ONE (1) in-game item of your choice from the selection below:

Winner Selection
The FFXIV EU Community Team will select thirty-three (33) of the best entries from each forum language (English/French/German) based on creativity and overall execution according to the criteria listed above. Winners will be announced on the forum on or after 29 June 2015 (“Announcement Date”). Once the Winners are announced, Prizes will be delivered to each Winner via the in-game Moogle delivery service (which may be subject to change at our discretion).

We reserve the right to re-distribute any unclaimed Prizes. No cash alternative shall be provided in place of the Prize.

Inappropriate Submissions
Entries containing obscenity, vulgarity, discrimination, or any other offensive subject matter and/or containing any plagiarized or copyrighted material will not be considered by the judges. Entries which infringe upon copyright/intellectual property, personal credit, privacy, are counter to public order and/or morals, are judged to be grossly deviant from the established theme, do not contain all of the required information or contain erroneous information may face disqualification. Square Enix Europe reserves the right to judge whether or not material is appropriate for public display.

Additional Specific Provisions
Contestants resident in FRANCE:
In accordance with the 6th January 1978 data protection and freedom of information law n° 78-17, we inform you that you have the right to access, rectify and delete information concerning you, by requesting it in writing to the Promoter.

Contestants resident in SPAIN:
The name of the winner will be sent to anyone who requests the same within three (3) months of the Closing Date and by entering the Competition you hereby agree that the Promoter shall be permitted to do so if you are the winner. Requests should be made via the Square Enix Support Centre.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW SQUARE ENIX EUROPE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ENTRY THAT IS SUBMITTED TO THE CONTEST THAT INFRINGES THE COPYRIGHT OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF A THIRD PARTY. In the event that an Entry violates a third-party’s copyright, the user’s Service Account may be suspended or cancelled. All entries and other materials (the "Entry Materials") (including all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights associated therewith) submitted by you become the property of Square Enix Europe upon submission, and Entry Materials will not be returned to any contestant. In consideration of our acceptance and review of your Entry Materials into the Contest, you hereby assign to Square Enix Europe absolutely all right, title and interest for the full duration of copyright in and to the Entry Materials throughout the world. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you acknowledge that Square Enix Europe will own all rights to use, modify, and make derivative works of the Entry Materials, without separate compensation to you or any other person or entity. Requisitos de admisión
Para poder participar en el Concurso, los concursantes deben ser titulares de una Cuenta de servicio en vigor, tener acceso a internet y a un navegador web. Los concursantes son responsables de todos los gastos asociados con la conexión a internet, así como de las cuotas de suscripción asociadas al registro de la Cuenta de servicio. Los concursantes deben asegurarse que la información de contacto facilitada sea correcta al abrir la Cuenta de servicio, durante y después de enviar la inscripción.

Al participar en el Concurso, los concursantes aceptan nuestras políticas de privacidad y cookies que podrán leer aquí. Los concursantes deben residir permanentemente en un país del territorio PAL. Los concursantes menores de 18 años deben contar con el permiso de su tutor legal antes de inscribirse. El Concurso no está abierto a los empleados, directores u otros ejecutivos de Square Enix Europe ni de sus filiales, agentes, socios mediáticos y proveedores.

Forma de inscribirse

1. Realizar una captura de pantalla cuya temática sea "Tu mejor recuerdo de Eorzea" y publicarla en el hilo correspondiente al Concurso, aquí.
2. La inscripción deberá incluir el nombre del personaje, el nombre del mundo y un breve comentario. Si no se incluye el nombre del personaje o del mundo, el premio se concederá al personaje del alias que publicó la inscripción en el foro.
3. Indicar, de entre los objetos para el juego que se listan a continuación, cuál se quiere recibir como premio. De no manifestarse ninguna preferencia, se asignará uno al azar.

Solo se admitirá una inscripción por persona. Si se publican varias, solo se aceptará la primera. Las inscripciones no pueden modificarse una vez enviadas.

Formato aceptado para las inscripciones

• La captura de pantalla debe haber sido realizada por la persona que envía la inscripción.
• Está permitido usar un programa de edición de imágenes para recortar la captura de pantalla.
• Está prohibido usar un programa de edición de imágenes para realizar cambios, mejoras o adiciones a la captura de pantalla.

Periodo de inscripción

Selección del ganador
El Community Team de FFXIV EU seleccionará las treinta y tres (33) mejores inscripciones de cada foro (inglés/francés/alemán) basándose en la creatividad y realización según los criterios establecidos anteriormente. Los ganadores se anunciarán en el foro a partir del 29 de junio de 2015 (“Fecha del anuncio”). Tras el anuncio los Premios se enviarán a través del servicio de mensajería del juego Moogle (que puede cambiar a nuestra discreción).

Nos reservamos el derecho de volver a distribuir los Premios no reclamados. No se ofrecerá ninguna alternativa en metálico en lugar del Premio.

Inscripciones no apropiadas
Los jueces no tendrán en consideración aquellas inscripciones que por su naturaleza contengan obscenidades, vulgaridades, discriminación o cualquier otro material afrentoso y/o que contengan algún material plagiado o protegido por derechos de autor. Las inscripciones que infrinjan derechos de autor/propiedad intelectual, crédito personal, privacidad, se opongan al orden público y/o moralidad, se juzguen se apartan extremadamente del tema establecido, no incluyan toda la información requerida o contengan información errónea podrán quedar descalificadas. Square Enix Europe se reserva el derecho de juzgar si algún material es apropiado o no para difundirse públicamente.

Cláusulas adicionales específicas
Concursantes residentes en FRANCIA:
