Memories of Eorzea Screenshot Contest (NA) - Entry Thread

There were so many memories the last almost two years (some happy, some sad) that it was hard to choose which screenshot to use. At first I thought I would do a silly screenshot, but then I revisited my FC's mansion. One of our leaders had created an altar room for those still grieving the loss of our dear friend Slash (K'ryahngo Tyaka) to illness that took him far too soon. This was the last screenshot I took with him in it, and it was one of the happiest times our FC had together as we celebrated the (second, in game) eternal bonding of our mutual friends.

For those we have lost, for those we can still save. Rest in peace, Ryahngo. For coin and country!

My favorite memories of Eorzea were getting to explore the beautiful wilds of La Noscea with Hachiemon, my trusty chocobo companion, raising him from rank 1 all the way to 20!

After starting the game at launch, taking a few breaks, rerolling characters and even switching servers, finally getting to the final parts of the 2.0 MSQ this past March is definitely one of my favorite memories, and this image from defeating Ultima and Gaius is just one of my favorite moments from completing what I had started roughly a year and a half prior.

My boyfriend and I met playing FFXIV:ARR and getting married in-game was a very romantic memory for us ♥
