ff14 control freeze or lock up

xbox one wired controllers keep freezeing or lock up every 5-10 seconds, my gamepad will lock up and not respond to any commands and will run to wall of death [The Final Coil of Bahamut - Turn 4 aka T13] and main Tank need to relocate new position Bahamut in Phase 2. This not just Coil also happan in FATE or Trials and dungeons as well. Any help from Dev , Community Rep or GM would be appreciated.

so it been a week now still locking up and no reply

May be linked to the Windows Device manager reset problems---causes the game to intermittently loose communication with USB devices. Run the game windowed with device manager open off to the side. If you see it refresh (sort of blinks) when the controls knacker up, then this is likely where you need to look.

Could be anything in that list that is tripping the refresh. Will need to go through the list. Disable/unplug what you don't need while gaming to narrow the list. Some have found it to be tied to Power Management on peripherals while others found it was a service refreshing a device status.

yeah Disabling　［software devices+　microsoft device association root enumerator］　it work, no other game on my Steam list have this problems Only FF14 hope Dev or anyone work at SE see this and fix it
