FFXIV team just released a freaking awesome video. It's about FFXIV charatcers playing a fighting game a la Tekken style.

In the end the video states that this was created by using the in game 3D grpahics and that a 2D combat game is not planned.
Well it's time to make real plans for it as a stand alone or in game "mini game" and you can have my money.

I was just thinking this. xD They could make a character creation tool similar to Soul Caliber IV/V's and make our own character/Warrior of Light.
I'd probably throw money at them if they actually created the game AND allowed the option to create your character...
