    Steps-Successfully completed "The Navel (extreme)",confirmed by getting the achievement " Earth to Earth".
    -while exiting the instance, server connection went down.
    -When logging back in found the item "Crag Ritual Focus" in Key Items but the quest "Quake me up before O'Ghomoro" has not progressed so an unable to complete quest
