Mission Impossible

I recently started this game not long ago , anyways I'm having alot of trouble getting my missions too complete ,. It says after I've talked NPC everythings done , but when i go to click the complete button it won't let me , I even started a new charachter and ran everything in order c if that was the problem , but it wasnt any different any help would be appreciated , I posted this under bugs thinking that maybe this is what it is , because I tried everything Thx , Keara

Sometimes, you can take a quest that's higher level than you. However, you can never turn in a quest that's higher level than your current class. Are you on a class that's lower level than the quest is when you try to turn in the quest? Also, when it won't let you complete a quest, it should say in the middle of the screen why you can't. "Level too low" or "Wrong class/job" or whatever.

If the quests have multiple rewards to pick from you need to select 1 before you can complete the quest as well.

Ooh, yeah, that's probably it! The button stays grayed out until you select one of the rewards, which is exactly what the OP described.

No actually , I even have a lvl 1 mission that wouldnt complete , BUT I will go check on that I remember seeing multiple items beofre hopefully thats the problem
