Encore is an FC interested in clearing all content as it is released. Encore was founded by a single party of highly skilled players who wanted to surround themselves with people of their caliber in order to maximize their gaming experience. Through 1.0, 2.3 savage modes, and to a top10 t13 clear, Encore progressed through any and all content that was available.

We are always recruiting skillful, determined players that are willing to put the FC first and be a part of something great. We want players who are logging on most days, especially when there is content to clear. We expect a passion to win and time to dedicate to do so. We want players who not only want to achieve the most difficult goals in the game, but players we can log on and enjoy our time with. With that being said, please do not apply unless you are ready to put a commitment into Encore.

Encore is primarily active during the EST and PST weekday evenings, as well as most times during the weekend. That is for both when statics run as well as general liveliness of in-game/mumble.

An ideal candidate will

have a mastery of their class (if not other classes)
have a T13 win already (virtually everyone in the FC has at least 10)
communicate in Mumble
handle the pressure that raiding entails
have a constructive attitude
own up to their mistakes
be constantly trying to improve
not be bad
be mature
be funny
like lists

Furthermore, huge bonus points for candidates who have an alt that is ready for FCoB too. Ability to play other jobs at a high-level is also very encouraged.

Currently in search of ONE SOLID PLAYER who likes to be serious during progression but can joke around during off times. We are looking to replace one weak link, could you be the solid filler for the group. Preferred jobs: PLD (pri 1), BLM, SCH, DRG, NIN, MNK. Take your pick, if you have what it takes we will swap jobs up within static as needed (must be exceptional at jobs, mechanics, and raid awareness to have us swap jobs up). Our progression raid times (first few weeks until content is cleared) are from 6 pm est - midnight est 5 days a week, after initial clear we will be slowing down the mando play times.
