Whatcha need to know
This is not a Specific Content Static, so if you're looking for just " Alexander " then I'm sorry but this group isn't for you. If you're an individual who is incapable of enduring hardships in the forms of Wipes and Wipes, then this group isn't for you. The Idea behind this Static is to gather Individuals with the will to take stuff down together as a team; Individuals who want to hone their skills in a cool Environment with people who they will eventually develop good bonds with. We will get together at least 6 Hours a Week(Preferably after 9pm EST). We won't be limited to Alexander. (Ex Primals, Gear Farming, Etc).

Know your Class
When I say this, Im not expecting The Best or even above average performance with your class. Im not expecting everyone to come in as Elites either...just have an understanding of your class and it's capabilities, and then draw them out as we progress together. Some Fights require that you know how to bring out certain amounts of Damage/Healing in which we will learn. Be able to get better with your class, and Seek to get better.

Attitudes
We all have them, and are capable of some really nasty crap. Be considerate and keep it at the door. If you can't manage that, then let's not waste each others time and you keep on walking. Wipes will happen, sometimes more than one would like. Some even from stupid Mistakes that both you and I believe shouldnt be happening. I sincerely don't want to waste your time so if you feel you can't deal with it, please pay this thread no mind.

- Please Don't bother if you don't even care enough to arrive on Time.

Free Raid
SAT/SUN From 8am -> 1am EST (These Days/Times are not a "MUST". If Everyone or Close to everyone is on and are down for doing something, then we'll do something or Continue Progress. These are Also good in case you Miss a Mandatory Day, like Make-Up (Though It Only Counts if We Continue Progression on these Days in a Full 8 man team)).

Dismissal
There are only a Handful of reasons that a member may be relieved of their Position in the Static. Those will be listed below
Attitudes: My Stance regarding this is absolute no matter who it is. One of the Previous Scholars was one of the Coolest individuals I have come to play with, but he had a way of not being able to contain himself at the sight of Mistakes and would make it known verbally. Removed him without Hesitation.
Absences: My Stance regarding this is absolute no matter who it is once again. I do my best to try to be understanding of everyones living situations because while this is a game, There are Human beings behind these Computers, but it is also because of that, that I must make rough calls when considering the Time of 1 vs another/others. Friend went through a sucky situation and couldn't make it to Raid 2 days. Informed him to rest up and come back fresh the Next day. He missed the Next day as well as an additional week. Now currently seeking a New Caster >.>
Inconsiderate: Tank Bailed last Minute, 10 Minutes before Raid started for something he could have informed me about Hours before hand, so I removed him from the Static Completely. People get the idea that I loooove looking for last minutes replacements. DO NOT GET THIS IDEA Cause I absolutely hate it

Hmm. I may try my luck with your cast. I am an aspiring Song master and virtuoso of self proclaim and to be able to act as banner man for a expedition force into the coils of bahamut seems like an event I wish to not pass up on. I have been gone from the game over a year and have been looking for a team to shoot past turn 5 on which I have never been since turn 5 twintania was the most prominent super boss at the time.

Every group I have inquired upon have requested turn 11+ experience and considering I have not unlocked past 5 I did not really want to try my hand as a party finder group. To be able to semi run it with a static team for 6+ was something I was interested in.

Also I hope you are up for extreme modes because past extreme moogle king was the last extreme fight I was at before leaving the world of Hydaelyn.
