CE Edition

Hello, I bought the CE edition, but I already had the regular hard copy on the Ps4. When I try to log in it pops u[, but I can't apply it to my account it does not give me that option which makes me pretty upset. The only option I get is to make a new server account. I have no idea what to do now sorry if I posted this in the wrong area.

you need to apply your CE code through the Mog Station. go there and click Your Account at the top. i don't know which one you would use, it has been a long time. but it is either the bonus code option, or the license option. i hope this can help you. if not, i am sure someone else will know what to do. sorry if i could not help.

Sorry, but you can't apply a collectors edition code to an existing account with the same type of game (PC, PS3, PS4). That worked with 1.0 on PC, but with 2.0 collectors edition codes, on the same format, are for new accounts only. The only way to upgrade an existing account is either add collectors edition for something that isn't on your account (PC or PS3?) or the the digital upgrade option online.
