I like how they added Biggs and Wedge to this game as well.
They look so alike. Must be the goggles.

I'm kinda sad that two users missed the Queen reference. Let Us Cling Together may be referring to Tactics Ogre, but Tactics Ogre is itself referring to the band Queen. It's been confirmed that the director of the series named the games after Queen songs/lyrics. Their song Teo Torriate has a lyric that is "let us cling together." Queen also had a song called Ogre Battle. Granted, these are older Queen songs from their earlier progressive rock days.
Here's a couple of the ones I remembered to take screenshots of:
Star Wars:
Metal Gear Solid:
The Simpsons:
Dead Poets Society:
Game of Thrones:
The A-Team:
Star Trek:
Eduard Khil:
Uhhh... FFXIV?
There's also a quest called "All upon the watchtowers" which may be a subtle reference to Jimi Hendrix's song "All along the watchtower".
I smiled when I saw the level 35 blm job quest "You'll never go back"
All this talk .. and nothing about Achievement names?
To Crush Your Enemies (various levels) - Conan reference
Dungeon Siege (various levels) - reference to the game series of the same name
practically all of the Battle->Trials achievements are referencing one thing or another
That's just to name a few. My personal favorite is :
Living In A Materia World (Madonna reference).
There are a ton more there.
Though I think there are too many obvious references and it tends to make my cringe a little, I had to giggle at this one:
