I could have swore they said they were working on a minor graphical overhaul to coincident with the PS3 release. But maybe that didn't have anything to do with DX10/11

Graphical overhaul maybe means the fact they remaking the maps and fixing bugs. I hope maybe when they fix this issue 450+gts and 4000s can run this game way better then it is now.

Also they use DX9 because you know there people still using Window XP and wont even go to window 7. Which a lot of people are still using window XP.

i dont think the smart thing for large businesses is to cater to people who cannot or will not advance. technology advances all the time and so should the businesses related to that technology.
the only thing i upgraded on my $400 PC was the graphics card. which was $150. i can now run the game almost perfectly with max settings except ambient occlusion.
