I've been wondering about this too. I paid for the premium stream before the event, not with time shift (worth every penny IMHO) and havent received an email with any sort of code. Is there something I need to do? Should I contact CS?
I contacted CS and they said i should provide the e-mail i used to buy the premium stream and the day of purchase and they will investigate what happened. :/
I'm currently missing my NicoNico Stream code, as well as TWO London Fan Festival codes, this was their response to me after TWO MONTHS+ of contacting them. :|
